Upon arriving at 4 pm, the hotel room wasn't ready, and there was a slight issue with the window visibility from the waist up. However, the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff were exceptional. The location is terrific, with a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The dining experience, particularly the omelet station, was fantastic, though there were minor hiccups in service. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right beside the convention center and within a short walk to downtown Long Beach, offering views of The Queen Mary from the room. The rooms, although on the small side, are extremely comfortable and come with all the necessary amenities. The staff is top-notch, always professional and helpful. The dining experience was above average, although the menu could use some variety. Overall, a great choice for my trip!
